現有接地(di)(di)毛(mao)病選(xuan)線(xian)維(wei)護(hu)(hu)主要選(xuan)用中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)點經小(xiao)電(dian)阻(zu)(zu)接地(di)(di)辦法(fa)(fa)下的零(ling)序電(dian)流維(wei)護(hu)(hu)或(huo)中(zhong)(zhong)性(xing)(xing)點非有用接地(di)(di)辦法(fa)(fa)下的小(xiao)電(dian)流接地(di)(di)選(xuan)線(xian)維(wei)護(hu)(hu),在面臨高阻(zu)(zu)、間歇性(xing)(xing)等(deng)毛(mao)病時,仍存(cun)在選(xuan)線(xian)準確率(lv)差,無法(fa)(fa)有用阻(zu)(zu)隔毛(mao)病,存(cun)在巨大(da)隱(yin)患。當高阻(zu)(zu)接地(di)(di)到(dao)達1000歐(ou)姆(mu)以(yi)上(shang)時,設備動(dong)(dong)作牢靠率(lv)80%;設備動(dong)(dong)作后(hou)選(xuan)線(xian)準確率(lv)90%。毛(mao)病檢測精度(du)差開關拒(ju)動(dong)(dong)誤動(dong)(dong)率(lv)高,導致配電(dian)網牢靠性(xing)(xing)下降。
從配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)規(gui)(gui)劃規(gui)(gui)劃下手合理的(de)(de)選(xuan)擇中性點(dian)接(jie)地(di)(di)辦法,開(kai)展高低壓開(kai)關柜成套設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)技能研究,開(kai)展小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)流接(jie)地(di)(di)體(ti)(ti)系單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)選(xuan)線(xian)(xian)辦法的(de)(de)研究,進一(yi)步(bu)提高單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)選(xuan)線(xian)(xian)的(de)(de)準確率(lv)。選(xuan)用小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)流接(jie)地(di)(di)體(ti)(ti)系的(de)(de)區域要(yao)裝(zhuang)備(bei)(bei)接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)(xian)段判別(bie)與阻隔(ge)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei)。國家(jia)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)正在修訂的(de)(de)《配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)技能導則》規(gui)(gui)則變電(dian)(dian)站要(yao)安(an)裝(zhuang)牢靠的(de)(de)選(xuan)線(xian)(xian)設(she)(she)備(bei)(bei),在10s內切除的(de)(de)接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)。在小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)流接(jie)地(di)(di)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)中,消弧(hu)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)將(jiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)流降至(zhi)只(zhi)有(you)幾個安(an)培,盡管有(you)利于(yu)(yu)(yu)熄(xi)弧(hu),但也(ye)(ye)使毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)(xian)路的(de)(de)工頻(pin)零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)(dian)流往往小(xiao)于(yu)(yu)(yu)非(fei)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)(xian)路的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流并且二者的(de)(de)相(xiang)(xiang)位(wei)也(ye)(ye)根本(ben)相(xiang)(xiang)同,毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)(xian)路工頻(pin)零(ling)序(xu)電(dian)(dian)流沒有(you)了差異(yi)與非(fei)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)線(xian)(xian)路的(de)(de)特征,這關于(yu)(yu)(yu)單相(xiang)(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)(mao)(mao)(mao)病(bing)檢(jian)測來(lai)說正確選(xuan)線(xian)(xian)是(shi)困難的(de)(de)。
10KV電力體系(xi)大(da)多是小電流(liu)(liu)接(jie)地體系(xi),當體系(xi)中產(chan)生(sheng)單相接(jie)地時,不(bu)會產(chan)生(sheng)很大(da)的(de)(de)短路(lu)電流(liu)(liu)。毛病(bing)(bing)點電弧經過(guo)(guo)消(xiao)弧線圈補(bu)償(chang)感抗后(hou)能(neng)(neng)夠自行平息(xi),熄弧后(hou)接(jie)地址(zhi)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)可自行康復,能(neng)(neng)主(zhu)動鏟(chan)除(chu)單相接(jie)地毛病(bing)(bing)。如(ru)果(guo)間(jian)歇性弧光不(bu)能(neng)(neng)平息(xi),長時間(jian)帶電運轉會造成諧振(zhen)過(guo)(guo)電壓,產(chan)生(sheng)幾倍于正常的(de)(de)過(guo)(guo)電壓,過(guo)(guo)電壓將進一步使(shi)線路(lu)上的(de)(de)絕緣(yuan)(yuan)層絕緣(yuan)(yuan)子擊穿,造成嚴峻的(de)(de)相間(jian)短路(lu)事端(duan)。不(bu)管是哪種情況都須要對毛病(bing)(bing)點定(ding)位,隨后(hou)趕快(kuai)組織維(wei)修(xiu)毛病(bing)(bing)點。單相接(jie)地毛病(bing)(bing)產(chan)生(sheng)后(hou)能(neng)(neng)維(wei)持運轉一定(ding)時間(jian),因此大(da)大(da)提高了供電牢靠性。
